The Bad Guys are a gang of criminal animals. Mr. Wolf is the clever leader. Mr. Snake, Ms. Tarantula, Mr. Shark, and Mr. Piranha are his team. They steal from banks and museums. The public fears them. One heist goes wrong. They get caught by the police. To avoid prison, they join a “reform” program. The program is run by Governor Foxington. She wants them to be good citizens.
